Have you always wanted to write or been writing at home alone for years?
Do you want to write your life story or family history in an engaging way?
Do you enjoy words books and chatting with other storytellers?
Then join our newcomers' writing course.

Learn the purpose of the first draft.
Learn how to start and how to keep going.
Enjoy writing about a range of subjects.
Come along and meet new people and make new friends.

We start with memoir then look at flash writing. We end with a reading and discussion of the short story.
There are writing exercises during the course. This course is for beginners or experienced writers as you work at your own skill level.
